What we do not do
- No web analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No advertising and no affiliate tracking.
- No cookies.
- No contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter.
- No third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font service sees your visit.
Server log files
When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, and your browser and operating system as reported by the browser. We need this to deliver the site and to detect and fend off attacks.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. The logs are not combined with other data and not used to identify visitors. They are kept only as long as needed for operation and security and are then deleted automatically.
Hosting
The site and our e-mail are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. ALL-INKL processes the data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Content delivery network (Cloudflare)
Requests to this site pass through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare speeds up delivery and protects the site against attacks. To do so it processes your IP address and the request data listed above. Cloudflare also replaces e-mail addresses on our pages with an encoded version and decodes them with a small script in your browser, to keep them away from spam harvesters. This sets no cookie.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in fast and secure delivery. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the agreement additionally includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Colour scheme setting
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that choice locally (ocf-theme in local storage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name if given, and the content of your message in order to answer. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract. We delete the correspondence once it is settled, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to issuers, regulators and data sources. Once you follow such a link, the operator of that site is responsible for what happens with your data there.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). Write to [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, either in the EU member state where you live or work, or with ours: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site, and you are not obliged to provide any personal data to read it.
